If you want to permanently delete your account, here's what you need to know before you do.
What gets deleted
Account deletion permanently removes:
- Your profile and all profile data
- All documents and version history
- All saved supervisors and outreach history
- All application records and notes
This action cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before proceeding.
How to delete
Go to Settings → Account and scroll to the danger zone at the bottom of the page. Click Delete account and confirm by typing your email address. Your account will be scheduled for deletion and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first from Settings → Plan, then delete your account. If you delete your account with an active subscription, contact support at support@scholr.io and we will process the cancellation.
Changed your mind?
If you've deleted your account but want to return within the 30-day window, contact support@scholr.io as soon as possible. We can restore your account and data if the permanent deletion has not yet run.
